General Provisions
Welcome to PRIMERY SKINS — a marketplace for virtual items in Counter-Strike 2.
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("User") and PRIMERY SKINS when using:
- The PRIMERY SKINS website https://primeryskins.com ("Site")
- The PRIMERY SKINS mobile application ("App"), together referred to as the "Platform"
- All products, services, promotions, and contests available through the Platform ("Service")
- PRIMERY SKINS browser extensions

Contracting Parties
By registering and using the Service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the following companies depending on the mode and your location:
Trade Mode, EU users: CS Virtual Trade Ltd. (Cyprus, reg. no. HE 389299, address: 705 Spyrou Araouzou & Koumantarias, Fayza House, 3036, Limassol, Cyprus).
Trade Mode, users from other countries: G2G Marketplace Limited (Hong Kong, reg. no. 3064044, address: 8F, 30 Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong).
Market Mode: CS Virtual Trade Ltd. (details above).
Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Service. For any questions, contact us at: hello@primeryskins.com.
About the Platform
PRIMERY SKINS provides a platform where Users transfer rights to use virtual items (skins) in Counter-Strike 2 ("Game"). Virtual items — skins, cases, patches, weapon and glove textures — are provided under a license from the game publisher. The terms "sale" and "purchase" refer to the transfer of usage rights, not ownership of property.
Transfers are made via the Steam platform. PRIMERY SKINS acts as an intermediary and is not involved in gambling, crypto-to-fiat exchange, and is not affiliated with Valve Corp. All rights to virtual items belong to Valve Corp.
Service Availability
The Service is provided within current technological capabilities. We cannot fully guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may be unavailable due to force majeure, technical failures, cyberattacks, or government actions. By using the Service, you accept these risks and agree that we are not liable for such disruptions.
Access to the Service and Account
Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use the Service. Users under 18 must obtain written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Geographic Restrictions
Certain features may be unavailable in some jurisdictions. You are personally responsible for ensuring your use complies with local, national, and international law.
Account Registration
To create a PRIMERY SKINS account, you must:
- Have a registered Steam account
- Log in to the Platform via Steam
- Read and accept this Agreement, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Agreement, and the Cookie Policy
After logging in, your account is created automatically with a personal ID assigned. Registration is free.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for the security of your PRIMERY SKINS and Steam accounts, and for all actions taken through them. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We recommend using the Antiscam extension for additional protection.
Usage Restrictions
Your account is for personal use only. Transferring your account to third parties is prohibited. We reserve the right to block accounts that violate this Agreement or AML/CFT/KYC requirements.
Account Deletion
You may request account deletion via live chat. After deletion, this Agreement is terminated. If active disputes (chargebacks) exist, the account will be blocked and retained for 180 days from the last purchase.
Trading Rules
On the PRIMERY SKINS Platform, you may sell, buy, and exchange virtual items across different modes.
Eligibility Requirements
To participate in trading, you must:
- Have the right to access the Platform per Section 3
- Be logged in and have accepted all terms
- Have no active blocks on the Platform or in Steam
- Keep your Steam inventory set to public
- Have Steam Guard active
- Have a valid trade link
Code of Conduct
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- Conceal your IP address or use identity-masking technologies
- Use another person's documents or payment methods
- Disrupt the Service or interfere with other users
- Use the Service for illegal purposes (fraud, money laundering, etc.)
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without our permission
- Provide false or misleading information
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or analyze the software
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate prices or monopolize the market
- Exploit Platform vulnerabilities for personal gain
Your Warranties
You confirm that:
- You have sufficient knowledge to work with virtual items and accept associated risks
- All transfers of virtual items are final and non-reversible
- You are responsible for understanding the terms of each transaction
- You are the lawful owner of all items linked to your Steam ID
Trade Mode
How Trade Mode Works
Trade Mode allows trading with PRIMERY SKINS through automated bots. Purchases are made exclusively using the PRIMERY SKINS Trade Balance. If your item is more valuable, the difference is credited to your Trade Balance. If the desired item is more expensive, you can pay the difference from your Trade Balance. Proceeds from sales are also credited to the Trade Balance.
PRIMERY SKINS reserves the right to set purchase limits for a single item type to prevent monopolization.
Trade Balance
The PRIMERY SKINS Trade Balance is an internal unit for Trade Mode transactions:
- It is a digital product, not fiat currency or cryptocurrency
- It has no value outside the Platform
- It cannot be withdrawn — only used in Trade Mode
- It cannot be transferred to another user
- It does not earn interest

Steam Balance Top-Up
In Trade Mode, you can top up a Steam account balance (may not be available in all countries). To do so: log in to the Platform, select the Steam top-up feature, enter the account name, amount, accept the terms, and complete payment.
PRIMERY SKINS is not responsible for errors in the Steam account name or topping up someone else's account. In case of technical failures or policy violations, the amount is credited to the Trade Balance. All transactions are final.
Transaction Cancellations
Per the Steam update (16.07.2025), CS item trades may be cancelled within 8 calendar days ("Cancellation Period"). Refunds are credited to the Trade Balance. The refund amount is determined at PRIMERY SKINS' discretion to prevent abuse.
Trade Lock
Some items have a Trade Lock — a temporary Steam transfer restriction. After purchase, the item is stored on PRIMERY SKINS bots (Virtual Inventory) until the lock expires. The item is stored for 45 days after the lock ends. After that period (following notification), the item is cancelled and funds are returned to the Trade Balance at the item's current price.
Market Mode
How Market Mode Works
Market Mode allows direct peer-to-peer trading without bots, with custom pricing and the ability to withdraw profits. To sell: download the PRIMERY SKINS app or browser extension, accept all terms, and create a sell offer through the app or extension.
Executing Trades
If a trade offer is created and sent without the PRIMERY SKINS app or extension, it is not tracked by the Platform — you will not receive payment and cannot request a refund.
When a buyer is found, you will receive a notification. You must transfer the item within 12 hours. If the deadline is missed, your account is set to "Offline" — your listings are hidden until you manually change the status.
Completing a Transaction
You must complete all required steps in Steam to finalize a transaction. Failing to do so (declining an offer, sending a counter-offer, inaction) may result in an investigation and penalty: a 7-day account suspension. Repeated violations may result in longer blocks and a 4% fee on the item's sale price.
PRIMERY SKINS Liability
PRIMERY SKINS is not responsible for:
- Trade offers created outside the Platform (without the app or extension)
- Consequences of sharing your Steam API Key, steamLoginSecure, or sessionID with third parties
- Consequences of creating multiple simultaneous trade offers
Credit of Funds
After transferring an item, you receive the sale amount minus PRIMERY SKINS commission, credited to your Market Balance.
Market Balance
The PRIMERY SKINS Market Balance is an internal unit for Market Mode transactions:
- Available for withdrawal after KYC verification
- Has no value outside the Platform
- Cannot be transferred to other users
- Does not earn interest
The Market Balance is used only to buy items in Market Mode. Funds are held in third-party payment provider escrow accounts. PRIMERY SKINS does not charge fees for top-ups and withdrawals, but payment provider fees are borne by the user.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals from the Market Balance are available when:
- Funds were received from virtual item sales
- KYC verification has been passed
- A valid payment method registered in your name has been provided
Minimum withdrawal: $10 USD. Maximum: $1,000 USD per day with successful KYC. PRIMERY SKINS may set lower limits for security purposes. Processing typically takes up to 24 hours on business days (up to 7 business days depending on method).
Withdrawals to high-risk or sanctioned jurisdictions are not supported. You are solely responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations related to received funds.
Cancellations in Market Mode
Per the Steam update (16.07.2025), CS item trades may be cancelled within 8 days. Refunds are frozen for the Cancellation Period and become available after it ends. The refund amount is determined at PRIMERY SKINS' discretion.
Instant Sell
The Instant Sell feature is part of Market Mode and allows you to instantly sell items to PRIMERY SKINS at set prices. The list of eligible items is determined by PRIMERY SKINS — they are specially marked on the Platform.
After initiating a sale, an offer is generated valid for 15 minutes. If not accepted, it is cancelled automatically. Upon acceptance, the amount is credited to your Market Balance.
If a cancellation is initiated within the Cancellation Period (8 days), funds are frozen for that period. If the user cancels, funds are deducted from the balance. Withdrawals are available after the Cancellation Period ends.
A maximum of 10 items can be sold in a single Instant Sell operation.
Inactive Status
Assigning Inactive Status
An account is assigned "Inactive" status if no transactions are made for two consecutive years. PRIMERY SKINS will notify you of this status. To remove it, simply make any transaction on the Platform.
Inactivity Fee
If no transactions are made within 30 days of the Inactive status notification and the Trade Balance is positive, a monthly fee of $1 USD will be charged. This continues until the account becomes active again or the Trade Balance reaches zero. The fee is non-refundable.
Fees
All operations on the PRIMERY SKINS Platform (buying, selling, exchanging items) are subject to fees, which are deducted from the relevant balance.
Trade Mode Fees
Prices are set automatically by the system based on item type, wear, StatTrak™ status, and market demand. Pricing is not directly tied to other platforms.
- Item storage on bots: 0–13% of value (depends on storage duration)
- Item sales: 7%
- Steam balance top-up: 14%
Rare characteristics (valuable stickers, unusual float, unique pattern) may affect the price. The current price and fee are shown on the item page.
Market Mode Fees
- Item sales under $1,000 USD: 5% (minimum $0.01 USD)
- Item sales of $1,000 USD and above: 3%
Payment provider fees for top-ups and withdrawals are paid by the user and displayed before confirming the operation.
Refunds and Cancellations
All transactions on the PRIMERY SKINS Platform are generally final and not subject to refund or cancellation.

Payment Terms
Payment Methods
To top up or withdraw funds, you must provide a payment method. You confirm that you are the lawful owner of all bank cards and payment accounts you use. Using another person's payment method is prohibited.
Method Availability
Available payment methods depend on your jurisdiction. See the payment page for current options. Each method has its own rules and AML/KYC policy; a provider may decline a transaction for its own reasons.
Payment Liability
PRIMERY SKINS is not responsible for delays or actions by payment services. Your relationship with a payment provider is governed by separate agreements.
Currency Conversion
If your account currency differs from the Platform currency, payment is converted at your bank's rate. PRIMERY SKINS is not responsible for the applied exchange rates. The final amount is shown before payment.
Security and Compliance (AML/CFT/KYC)
To comply with applicable law (including EU regulations), PRIMERY SKINS applies Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT) procedures. The Platform uses automated systems to detect suspicious activity.
Transaction Monitoring
We monitor all user activity. Suspicious actions include:
- Use of invalid, fake, or another person's documents
- Use of another person's payment methods
- Maintaining multiple accounts
- Exploiting Platform vulnerabilities
- Chargebacks and payment disputes
- Violations of law or this Agreement
Actions Taken
Upon detecting suspicious activity, PRIMERY SKINS may, without prior notice:
- Decline or suspend a transaction
- Remove items from sale
- Freeze or clear the balance
- Block the payment method
- Conduct additional KYC verification
- Block the account
Users may appeal decisions through Support. Additional information may be required for unblocking.
Liability
PRIMERY SKINS is not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, punitive, or other), including loss of balance or items, resulting from actions taken in connection with a violation of this Agreement.
Identity Verification (KYC)
KYC verification is conducted in cases of suspicious activity and when requesting a withdrawal. Depending on the situation, we may request: full name, a copy of an identity document, a selfie holding the document, a partially obscured bank card photo, a video of your face, a utility bill.
To confirm the source of funds, we may additionally request: a bank statement, tax return, pay stubs, documents related to an inheritance or property sale.
Sanctions
Persons from sanctioned countries, or persons under personal sanctions, may not use paid features of the Platform.
Payment Security
Card processing complies with the PCI DSS international standard, ensuring the security of payment data.
Cooperation with Authorities
PRIMERY SKINS reserves the right to cooperate with government authorities and share information in the course of investigations. Additional security measures are kept confidential to prevent exploitation.
Browser Extensions
Antiscam Extension
The Antiscam extension protects against phishing and API attacks. By installing it, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it under the terms of this Agreement.
Market Extension
The Market extension is a browser-based version of Market Mode. By installing it, you receive the same type of license. Both extensions are available for Google Chrome and Yandex Browser.
Intellectual Property
PRIMERY SKINS Rights
The Platform, extensions, and all their content — names, logos, designs, translations, domain names, texts, graphics, icons, fonts — are the intellectual property of PRIMERY SKINS. Copying, distributing, decompiling, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works without express permission is prohibited.
User License
PRIMERY SKINS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services strictly within the scope of this Agreement. The license terminates when you stop using the Service or if access is suspended or revoked.
Liability of the Parties
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and Service are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. PRIMERY SKINS does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free access to the Platform, the absence of viruses, or complete protection against cyberattacks and unauthorized access.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRIMERY SKINS and its representatives from any claims, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of this Agreement or applicable law
- Transactions involving virtual items
- Violation of third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy)
Limitation of Liability
Maximum Liability
The total liability of PRIMERY SKINS is limited to actual direct damages that were reasonably foreseeable. The maximum amount is $1,000 USD. This constitutes the full and final settlement of all claims.
Excluded Damages
PRIMERY SKINS is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, data, reputation, or business opportunities
- Losses due to force majeure or communication failures
- Unauthorized access to your devices
- Closure of an inactive account after all required notifications
- Losses related to cancellation or modification of transactions, including lost profits
- Any other indirect, consequential, or special damages
Third-Party Services
When using the Service, you may interact with third-party content. PRIMERY SKINS does not control such content and is not responsible for it. All interactions with third-party services are at your own risk.
Final Provisions
Amendments
PRIMERY SKINS reserves the right to amend this Agreement and Platform features. For material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Waiver
Failure by PRIMERY SKINS to enforce any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or removed to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions remain in full force.
Assignment
PRIMERY SKINS may assign its rights and obligations without your consent. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be in breach of this Agreement if failure to perform obligations is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control: natural disasters, government actions, wars, cyberattacks, strikes, or communication failures.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Cyprus or Hong Kong depending on the jurisdiction. In case of a dispute, you must first submit a claim to PRIMERY SKINS. If not resolved within 60 days, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate court. Claims may only be brought on your own behalf, not as part of a class action.
Support
Support is available 24/7 via live chat in the bottom right corner of the Platform. Abusive language, threats, and aggressive behavior toward the support team are not permitted.
